Our product range
Our range consists of Finnish fish that is frozen and packed at our facilities in Taivassalo. We deliver the products frozen to domestic wholesalers and to export markets across Europe. All products are available in various sizes and packaging according to customer needs.
Baltic herring
Frozen Baltic herring is our main product. It is delivered to our customers in various sizes and packaging. Baltic herring is particularly suited to further processing, canning and industrial use.
Smelt
Smelt is a small, flavoursome fish that we deliver frozen and whole. Smelt is especially suited to export markets, where it is valued for its distinctive taste.
Perch
Frozen perch is a prized Finnish fish, known for its excellent taste and versatile uses. We produce perch to a high standard and handle it responsibly, both whole and ready-gutted.
Bream
Frozen bream offers an excellent option for industry and resellers. Bream is caught responsibly and handled carefully in our production process, which ensures consistent quality and good shelf life.
Roach
Roach is a domestic, environmentally friendly choice that offers many uses, particularly for fish products. Our frozen roach is delivered whole and carefully sorted to guarantee quality.
Frozen fish for export and the domestic market
We supply frozen fish products to wholesalers and central purchasing companies in Finland, as well as to export markets across Europe. We also offer contract filleting and contract freezing of Baltic herring according to our customers’ needs.
